Where can I find the tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking code. We process and ship all orders within 24 hours on business days, so you can expect to receive your tracking details very quickly. If it takes longer than 24 hours on business days, please feel free to contact us by email and we’ll assist you right away.
What are your customer service hours?
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 24/24. Messages sent outside these days will be answered the next business day.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. for bulk orders (10 units or more) or custom branding with logos, please contact us directly for a personalized quote.
What should I do if I received a defective or wrong item?
If your order arrives defective or different from what you ordered, please send us an email the same day of delivery including photos or a short video of the issue. we will resolve it quickly with a replacement.
