Returns & Refunds
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. Returning can be done quickly and easily by sending us an mail.
RETURN PERIOD:
We use a return period of 15 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 15 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 15 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned to us in an unused condition, suitable for resale, with all original packaging and tags intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your order for a refund or choose a store credit with an added bonus.
WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?
- Refund to Gift Card: Get your refund faster with a bonus! Opt for a gift card and enjoy 10% extra value. This is the fastest way to receive your refund. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, the refund to a digital gift card typically takes 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with the gift card details, which are valid for 12 months.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, it usually takes 7-10 business days. After your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
DAMAGED, DEFECTED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Without this proof, we will be unable to send a replacement item. Our team will review your request and provide the best possible solution.
2-YEAR WARRANTY:
After your 15-day trial, you’ll enjoy a full 2-year warranty. Should anything go wrong during this period, simply contact our team and provide photo or video evidence of the issue. You’ll then receive a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. A reassuring thought, isn’t it? 👍
Be aware: the warranty will be void if stains, tears or holes occur, or if you attempt to tamper with the mechanism. But why would you?

We are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax).
Shipping costs for replacements will be charged to the customer.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?
Certain sale items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for refund.
Items that have exceeded the 15 days return window.
Any item returned in a damaged condition, without its original packaging and tags intact, or with issues not previously disclosed to our customer support team, will be rejected. In such cases, the return will be void and the products will be disposed of.
RETURN COSTS:
Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
If you indicate that you would like to return a product, we will immediately get to work on this. This way we can ensure that your return is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
